The space

This bright and spacious one-bedroom apartment with a separate, dedicated study area is ideal for a travelling exec or those who work from home but want a change of scenery to visit a new city.

The living room features a huge and comfortable sofa ready for your rest and relaxation and the large Samsung Frame tv provides high-definition access to tv and movies through your own streaming accounts. The living room also has a large split system air conditioning/heating unit which helps to keep the apartment cool or warm depending on your needs.

The kitchen is fully equipped for most things you might need during your stay, including a Nespresso-compatible coffee machine, dishwasher and all usual amenities.

The apartment has a large, enclosed balcony with a view over the square outside. There is seating for four for those guests who like to entertain.

The bedroom features a luxurious king-size bed with deep, top-quality Ecosa memory foam mattress. Automatic blackout blinds lower at the push of a button to help give you a sound sleep and there is plenty of storage in the large, mirrored wardrobe. Please be aware there is no direct air conditioning in the bedroom but cooling from the unit in the living room normally keeps the bedroom temperature very pleasant. There is a wall-mounted heater for winter use also and a portable fan for the summer in case it is needed.

The bathroom has a specialist, dual head shower with waterfall-type and flexible directional-type shower heads. The toilet is a Japanese-style electronic heated button-controlled bidet toilet which is certain to leave you fresh, clean and with a surprising spring in your step.

The apartment has a built-in laundry room with a washing machine and separate dryer that guests are free to use.

The apartment has one large allocated underground parking space that is free for guest use.

Outside of the apartment, the building has a shared pool as well as a small gym you are welcome to use. Communal gardens are great for relaxing in the summer and taking in some rays or having a picnic with your friends.

The neighbourhood

Waterloo, located just four kilometres south of Sydney’s CBD, is a captivating place to visit
and reside in. This neighbourhood was once home to industrial factories and warehouses, including the manufacturer of the iconic Australian Akubra hat. Victorian terrace homes now sit aside reimagined warehouses and stylish apartments, just a stone’s throw from the natural playgrounds of Centennial Parklands and Sydney Harbour. There are endless dining and retail destinations to explore, and from here it’s as easy to get to the beach as it is to take off from
the airport.

This is a quiet building and we expect all guests to be considerate of the neighbours. Please treat the apartment as your own but please no wild parties. We kindly ask guests to wash and put away all used items from the kitchen and leave any rubbish in the rubbish chute when they leave.

Prior to arrival, like staying in a hotel, we ask guests to fill in a registration form to ensure we have full contact details for them. This form also provides more information to ensure you can get a 5 star review for your stay.

Guest wishing to smoke can only do so on the street outside the building. No smoking is allowed on balconies.

Guest access

Guests have full use of the apartment. No one else will be using the apartment.

Interaction with guests

As a professional holiday rental agency we are available to answer any questions or help with any problems that crop up. Unlike part time casual owner-managers we do this for a living professionally, it is our core focus, we hold professional licences to do this and we are ALWAYS just a message away if you need us. You won't be left high and dry with us!

Other things to note

All the apartments we manage come with a welcome letter and detailed information so you know how everything works to ensure you can get the most out of your stay. All bedding and towels (note one bath towel per person) are included for 2 people as booked along with beginner basics such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, shampoo, bodywash and toilet paper to get you through the first few days.

All bookings are assumed to be one or two people sharing bed the only. The sofa is not to be used as a bed.

Prior to arrival, we ask all guests to quickly fill in some contact information and tell them a little bit more about how we hope they'll look after the apartment.
